Late Cancellation Policy

~A $70 (nonrefundable) FEE will be due at the point of late

cancellation for sisterlocks and microlocks retightening. You

have 2 days (48Hrs) prior to your appointment date to cancel...

THIS GOES FOR ANY APPOINTMENT. You are NOT

subject to this policy if you cancel 3 days (72hrs) or more prior

to your appointment.

~Half of any service you choose will be due if there is a late

cancellation (not within the 48HR TIME FRAME)

~ PLEASE NOTE ----------- THE CARD ON FILE WILL BE

CHARGED THE LATE FEES THAT ARE DUE. IN THE

EVENT THAT YOUR CARD ON FILE CAN NOT BE

CHARGED. LATE FEE(S) MUST BE PAID BEFORE YOU

CAN REBOOK.

~ A10 min grace period is given to all clients.

For example, if your appointment is at 8:00 am and you arrive at

8:15 am there will be an automatic $15 LATE FEE After

30mins, your appointment is at risk of being cancelled. If it is

Not canceled there will be additional Late Fee(s).

~ I value each of my client's time just as much as I value mine; I

will reciprocate the LATE POLICY and hold myself to the

SAME STANDARD. For example, if I’m 15 min late I will take

$15 off your service bill and so forth.
